RECIPE NOTES

Monkey Bread is traditionally made with dough enriched with milk and eggs but your leftover or store-bought pizza dough can do double duty to make a decadent and delicious pastry for brunch. Covered in brown sugar and cinnamon goodness with a sweet glaze, you’ll hardly recognize this was once pizza dough! The method here is for a mini-skillet version but you can fill almost any pan with the dough balls (adjust dough amount and cooking time accordingly). Also feel free to add chocolate chips, raisins, nuts or swap out the powdered sugar glaze for nutella or caramel sauce. You can also skip the cinnamon in the sugar mix or add whatever spices you like. Trust me when I tell you this is just simply divine!
