Snickerdoodles
Who doesn’t love a good Snickerdoodle? Crispy yet chewy with lots of buttery richness and a warm cinnamon-scented flavor. This was my first attempt at making them, and thanks to this foolproof recipe, the outcome was a huge success. Snickerdoodles are easy to make but you will need to get your hands on some cream of tartar (found in the spice aisle of your grocery store). It’s what gives the cookie its signature tang and chewiness and you can’t really make Snickerdoodles without them. Your effort will be well-rewarded.
